The 1X2Monster owner, Malcolm Stuart Nossiter, shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in the Picks And Tips subscription service.

EXCLUSION/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The following is without prejudice to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law 1X2Monster disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions or other terms (either express or implied including, but not limited to implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) relating to the Picks And Tips service or Footyforecast software.

The customer acknowledges that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been made or given by 1X2Monster in relation to the consequences or benefits to be obtained from the use of the Picks And Tips service or Footyforecast software. The Customer has relied upon their own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire the Picks And Tips service or Footyforecast software. 1X2Monster will not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information or other indirect or consequential loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Picks And Tips service or Footyforecast software.

SUPPORT

1X2Monster will provide email support to the Customer free of charge from the date of this Agreement, however 1X2Monster reserves the right to end this service at any time and unconditionally.

The Customer shall promptly notify 1X2Monster of any defect or error in the Picks And Tips service, or Footyforecast software, and, subject to the following provisions, 1X2Monster shall use all reasonable endeavours to promptly correct the defect or error.

1X2Monster reserves the right to make a fair and reasonable charge for support, where it seems apparent that the need for support arises directly or indirectly as a result of such alterations or amendments having been made.
